Designed and Built in Texas
By “designed and built in California" this means: the vast majority of the total production of Modius—chassis, boards, transformers, assembly, etc—is manufacturing in the US. Schiit's chassis are made minutes from there facility. The PCBs are done just over the hill from them. Yes, the wall-warts aren't made in the USA, but there's some give and take at this price point.

Modius is covered by a limited warranty that covers parts and labour for two years.
